Class Descriptions

Each color represents a different style of yoga. The number reflects the length of the class. All classes are for all levels.

Our goal is to help you realize your full potential. This applies whether you’re trying yoga for the first time or you’ve been practicing for years. The classes are physically challenging, so it’s important to work at your own pace and be patient. Remember, progress comes with practice.

Class Descriptions

Vinyasa Flow

Blue

Build your foundation in Blue. This set sequence includes classic poses with a slower pace. Teachers give detailed instructions on each pose to offer a better understanding of its key components. The first part of class includes longer-held standing and balancing poses; the second part includes seated and twisting poses.

  • For all levels. Our teachers are trained to take care of everyone.
  • Duration: 50-60 minutes
  • Temperature: 78-80 degrees

Vinyasa Flow Hot Yoga

Red

Challenge yourself in the Red Series. This intense and energizing workout builds on the Blue Series and includes inversions and arm-balancing poses. This class is great for weight loss and will help improve strength, stamina, and flexibility. Be prepared to work hard, sweat, and have fun.

  • For all levels. Our teachers are trained to take care of everyone.
  • Duration: 50-60 minutes
  • Temperature: 99-102 degrees

Traditional Hot Yoga

Green

Stretch and strengthen in Green. This demanding series of postures works the muscles, ligaments, and joints in a specific sequence, acting dynamically and cumulatively. No Sun Salutations. Includes more Iyengar style yoga than vinyasa flow.

  • For all levels. Our teachers are trained to take care of everyone.
  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Temperature: 99-102 degrees

Vinyasa Flow

Gentle Flow

A slower flow compared to our Blue, Red and Green series. A wonderful place for beginners to introduce themselves to a steady yoga practice and build a thorough foundation.

  • For all levels. Our teachers are trained to take care of everyone.
  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Temperature: 78-80 degrees

Yoga + Weights

Purple Fit

In this 60 minute class, we will flow and strengthen with gorgeously crafted 3lb hand weights and 10lb Power Rings by Bala.

Advanced Yoga

Purple

Take your practice to another level in Purple. Clients are encouraged to use an intelligent and intuitive approach to find their unique expression of the postures. This class is lead with very little instruction.

  • For intermediate and advanced students
  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Temperature: 90 degrees
