RETURN TO HER is a nourishing women’s retreat designed to bring you back to your essence. Yoga Instructor
Alley Florin is a dedicated 500-hour certified yoga instructor with a passion for healing and transformation. With extensive experience in recovery centers, treatment facilities, and yoga studios, she brings a nurturing and supportive presence to her practice.
Alley’s journey began as a former dancer, instilling grace and discipline into her teaching style. She extends her expertise beyond traditional yoga, assisting in teacher trainings, leading workshops to further your yoga knowledge, hosting women circles and offering transformative sound baths.
As a mother to her son Kyah Sage and stepmother to her husband’s son, Alley brings a deep understanding of balance and compassion to both her personal and professional life. Her mission is to empower others to find strength, serenity, and self-discovery through the practice of yoga.
