Alex has been a professional yoga teacher since 2010. He has taught more than 16,000 classes, hosted over 50 retreats across four continents and trained hundreds of certified yoga teachers.
His approach is rooted in thoughtful technique, consistency and the belief that intelligent practice can support longevity, vitality and presence. Expect clear instruction, athletic challenge and therapeutic movement adapted to modern bodies.
Nearly 1,000 guests have joined Alex on international adventures. His retreats bring together yoga, culture, exploration and the kind of shared experiences that stay with you long after returning home.
