Hot yoga classes in Long Beach
With 70+ classes each week across two yoga rooms, choose the Sun Room for hot yoga or the Moon Room at 78°F. Our heated (hot) classes are kept at 100°F, except Yoga Sculpt at about 90°F, and our non-heated classes are kept at 78-80°F. Not sure where to start? Is there parking?
Yes. There is lots of free on-site parking. Park near the Tesla charging station, then walk into the mall just left of BevMo. You will see Purple Yoga inside.
Do I need experience for hot yoga?
No. Most Purple Yoga classes welcome all levels. The class guide explains each class.
What should I bring to a hot yoga class?
Bring a yoga mat, water, a towel and a change of clothes. If you forget, mat rental is $5 and optional yoga towel rental is $5.
Do you offer a trial or intro package?
Yes. The 12 Day Preview is $30.
